"The two most engaging powers of a photograph are to make new things familiar and familiar things new."
~ William Thackeray
How We Work
We review all project aspects to gain an understanding of your needs and expectations. Jerry reviews and discusses; preferred shot list(s), interior drawing plans with photo indicators, research photos, architectural computer generated images, installation timelines, product specs, site location(s), potential obstacles, security, budget, and estimated time of project completion.
After our initial discussion - depending on the scope of the project, we will estimate your project based on a per shot, per hour or a daily rate. We will provide you an estimated cost, a detailed photo shoot list of images needed, and proposed time of delivery. When you have received the estimate and prefer to begin work, we ask that you notify us via email with approval.
When approval is received we will begin the photo shoot. Sometimes inclimate weather and unforeseen obstacles such as the building is not yet complete or the project has been delayed get in the way of capturing your images. If this situation arises, we will be in contact with you immediately. Additional images needed for your project? Don't hesitate to contact Jerry immediately.
We shoot hundreds of photographs to capture the best 25 to 30 images which we call "Final Takes". If you have hired us to do one day or multiple days of shooting - you will receive a series of Final Takes noted with the date of the shoot.
Delivery | Payment
We will deliver your "Final Takes" in JPEG format, either in person or zipped down via the net. If you need images in a larger format (TIFF), please let us know this prior to the photo shoot. Payment is due upon receipt of final photographs.
Jerry wants his clients happy -- and that means if you have received new direction, thought of another photo angle or image needed, Jerry will go back on location and capture the image(s) for an additional fee.
