We have worked with some of the largest architectural firms and commercial real estate suppliers in the country. No project is too large or small when you want it done right. See Jerry's latest projects.
Commercial interiors are unique and have their own set of challenges. Whether we are shooting a manufacturing company, new corporate offices, or health care facilities - great planning and attention to detail are critical to showcase your project.
Projects can always have unforeseen issues that may arise. We go through a series of questions with architects, builders and suppliers to ensure your end result is what you were expecting the first time. This helps everyone save time and money.
"Photography is more than a medium for factual communication of ideas. It is a creative art."
~ Ansel Adams
How We Work
We review all project aspects to gain an understanding of your needs and expectations. Jerry reviews and discusses; preferred shot list(s), interior drawing plans with photo indicators, research photos, architectural computer generated images, installation timelines, product specs, site location(s), potential obstacles, security, budget, and establishes a estimated time of project completion.
After our initial discussion - depending on the scope of the project, we will estimate your project based on a per shot, per hour or a daily rate. We will provide you an estimated cost, a detailed photo shoot list of images needed, and proposed time of delivery. When you have received the estimate and prefer to begin work, we ask that you notify us via email with approval. Get a Quote
When approval is received we will begin the photo shoot. Sometimes inclimate weather and unforeseen obstacles such as the building is not yet complete or the project has been delayed get in the way of capturing your images. If this situation arises, we will be in contact with you immediately. Additional images needed? Contact Us
We shoot hundreds of photographs to capture "the best 25-30 shots" which we call "Final Takes". You may have hired us to do multiple days of shooting. If this is the case, you will receive a series of Final Takes dated with the day of the shoot. Contact Us
Delivery | Payment
We will deliver your "Final Takes" in JPEG format either in person or zipped down via the net. If you need them in a larger format (TIFF), please let us know this prior to the photo shoot. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of delivery of final photographs. Questions?
